By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a booking request.

1. Who I am

DastgirSabri.com is operated by Dastgir Sabri, offering growth partnership services including WordPress / web development, SEO & ads, AI automation and related consulting.

2. Website use

• Content on this site is for general information and marketing.
• You may not misuse the site (scraping without permission, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting services).
• Case studies and metrics describe past or illustrative outcomes; they are not guarantees of future results.

3. Bookings and inquiries

Submitting a Growth Audit or contact form is a request to talk, not a binding service contract. I may accept, decline or reschedule requests at my discretion. A separate proposal or agreement will cover paid work.

4. Services and proposals

Scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for paid engagements are defined in a written proposal, statement of work or contract. Those documents control if they conflict with these general terms.

5. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work. Fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (copy, design, branding) remains my property unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables transfer according to the project agreement after payment is received in full.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services. Total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid me (if any) in the three months before the claim.

9. No guarantees

Marketing, SEO, ads and automation results depend on many factors outside my control. I commit to professional work and clear communication - not specific revenue or ranking outcomes unless a written agreement says otherwise.

10. Third-party tools

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, ads, CRM, AI tools). Their terms and availability are outside my control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed client agreement specifies another jurisdiction.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
